4.2. Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking

ENC is an alcohol, drug, tobacco, and smoke-free campus. Students are not permitted to possess, consume/use, or receive or distribute alcohol, illicit drugs, tobacco and tobacco products, marijuana, or medications assigned to another individual, whether on-campus or off-campus. Students also not permitted to possess or use drug-related paraphernalia.

In following up to reports of potential violations, the College may require a breathalyzer or drug test.
