Bullying is prohibited at ENC. Bullying is understood as a set of aggressive, intentional, and repeated behaviors that create a hostile environment against an individual or group of individuals. Bullying can take many forms, including physical, verbal, digital (social media), and social bullying. Bullying behaviors are often (but not necessarily) experienced as threatening, intimidating, harmful, or humiliating.

Some behaviors of bullying may also be considered unlawful harassment or discrimination. In compliance non-discrimination laws and regulations, these actions may be processed according to ENC’s Title IX Policy, Hazing Policy, and/or Non-Discrimination Policy.
