8.3. College ID Cards

All residents of campus housing are issued a College ID card to provide access to the dining hall, lounges, library, and residence halls. Residents are asked to carry their College ID card while on campus and present it upon request, as the College ID card identifies individuals as known members of the ENC community.

Replacements College ID cards are available through the Office of Safety and Security. Faulty cards are replaced for free; damaged or lost College ID cards incur a charge of $25. Residents must bring a receipt to the Office of Safety and Security from the Cashier’s Office (Gardner Hall, 1st Floor) indicating that the replacement fee has been paid (or charged to the student’s account) before obtaining a new College ID card.
