6.3. Designating a Hearing Officer

Upon receiving an incident report, the VP of Student Life or Dean of Students will evaluate the report and appoint a hearing officer. This individual can be one or more of the following Student Life staff: Dean of Students, Director of Residence Life, Resident Director, or Director of Safety and Security.
