4.12. Failure to Comply

Students must comply in an orderly manner with official requests of a College official, law enforcement or fire officer, or other public officials acting in the performance of their duties. Noncompliance or agitated hostility during compliance is a violation of this policy. This policy includes identifying oneself when requested or following up with conduct sanctions in a timely manner.
