4.18. Retaliation (General)

Any act of retaliation against any individual for stepping in as a bystander, reporting a concern, or participating in a College investigation, hearing, or other process is strictly prohibited. Retaliation may include actions of intimidation, coercion, threat, and/or harassment, whether physical or communicated verbally or in writing (including through social media).
