4.22. Student Events and Fundraisers

All organized student life events (including dances, club activities, fundraisers, etc.) must be sponsored and approved by an ENC office.

Some event types also have additional restrictions:

  • Events with some element of potential risk of injury require a risk assessment and a risk mitigation proposal to be submitted.
  • Events showing films, television shows, and consumer media require additional review. by the Office of Student Engagement, as some media content is protected under federal and international law.
  • Events involving food must adhere to the ENC Catering Policy and related regulations.
  • Events involving fundraisers must adhere to fundraising policies and procedures.
