4.26. Weapons

The possession, usage, manufacturing, or distribution/selling of weapons on College property or at any off-campus institutional event or activity is strictly prohibited.

Weapons include, but are not limited to, firearms and ammunition, knives with blades longer than three (3) inches (not including kitchen utensils), switchblade knives, butterfly knives, air guns/rifles (including BB guns and pellet guns), bow-and-arrows, marial arts weapons, slingshots, and Tasers. Any object used to threaten, intimidate, or harm someone else may be interpreted as a violation of this weapons policy.

Chemical irritants such as pepper spray and mace are permitted for self-defense but should never be used in an inappropriate manner, such as pranks.
